Obverse: In the center, the official logo of the Olympic Winter Games with the words "MILANO CORTINA 2026" in an arch. Around it, the inscription "REPUBBLICA ITALIANA" and "2024", the year of issue of the coin.
Reverse: In the center, the Mascot "Tina", an ermine with a light coat that will represent the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympic Games. At the top right, "3 Euro", the face value of the coin; at the bottom "R", identifying the Mint of Rome. On the lap, the words "MILAN CORTINA WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES 2026", "ITALY 2026" and, in small letters, "S.P. MOD." signed by the modeler Silvia Petrassi.
