Belgium Civil Decoration Medal Long Service Rippon in box

The decoration was instituted on 21 July 1867 and is awarded to government officers for a minimum of 25 years service, the class depending on the rank. If differs from the Civil Decoration for Bravery, Devotion and Philanthropy only in that its ribbon is of red and black stripes with no yellow border. it comes in original box!
