Sir Lancelot coin is the second issue of the new Camelot BU Edition series. This is the multimetal version of this bullion coin, plated with black platinum, 24k gold and paladium on both sides. Sir Lancelot, knight of the Round Table, is renowned for his bravery, combat skills and forbidden love for Queen Guinevere, which brings about the fall of Camelot. Raised by the Lady of the Lake, he participates in the quest for the Holy Grail, but his imperfection prevents him from reaching it. He is a central and tragic figure in the Arthurian legends. Sir Lancelot, also known as Lancelot of the Lake, is one of the most prominent knights of the Round Table in the Arthurian legends. Son of King Ban of Benoic, he was raised by the magical Lady of the Lake, who taught him chivalric virtues. Renowned for his bravery, loyalty and skill in combat, he is considered the most powerful of the knights of Camelot.
